KDMHA Refund Policy

An administration fee of $75.00 will be charged for all refund requests. This administration fee includes costs incurred by KDMHA in preparation for the upcoming season and is a recoupment of costs paid out by KDMHA before the season even starts. The administration fee is non-negotiable and will not be waived for any circumstance. Any registration discounts applied to registration will be deducted from the amount of the players refund and forfeited back to KDMHA.

For those players wishing to cancel their registration the following will be applied and are all less the administration fee:

• 75% refund up to November 1st
• 50% refund November 2nd to November 30
• 50% refund with a Doctor note of a serious injury or illness December 1 to December 31
• No refund for any reason after December 31

Fundraising Fee is non-refundable once tickets are distributed to players/parents. Fees for tryouts are non-refundable.

Any overpayments of $100 or more will be refunded.
