KDMHA is hosting a free "Storm Surge" event for girls new to hockey and girls thinking about playing KDMHA Storm hockey. Girls will have the chance to participate in a 90 minute on-ice session of "fun drills" to experience the joys of hockey.

The session will give the opportunity for girls to decide if they would like to play hockey in the upcoming season. It will be held at the North Grenville Municipal Complex on Sunday, May 15, at 2:00 pm. Please try and be there at least one half hour ahead of time.

The event is free of charge and open to girls with birth years 1994-2004 who are new to the sport of hockey or who have previously played boys hockey. Full equipment will be required (borrow from a friend if necessary) as well as a mouthguard.
