We are asking that all ice issues be addressed via the above e-mail or phone contacts. Both the email address and phone will be checked once a day and concerns etc. will be addressed as soon as possible.

Each team is to send an e-mail or phone message with a contact person for their team, please include the following information. Due to the heavy amount of e-mails and phone calls last year we are asking that this contact person handle all ice issues for their team. We will not deal with any team ice issues until the team has registered a contact person so please do this as soon as possible.

To register your team please include the following:

• Team specifics – level, team number etc., i.e. Atom House B2, Pee Wee House C1
• Team Coach, Name and contact info
• Contact person, Name, contact info and prefered way to be contacted (via email or phone)
