Welcome to KDMHA online registration. Before you begin please read the following
tips:
- The on-line system is only to be used to register players that were part of KDMHA
for the 2011/12 season. New players to KDMHA must submit a paper registration form
.Please see the registration page for more details
and to download a registration form.
- Do not use the system if you’ve already registered your son/daughter either in-person
or by mail.
- As with the paper registration form, the on-line system allows you to also register
your son/daughter for conditioning camp and tryouts. Please complete these fields
accurately so we can plan as needed.
- Currently, the on-line system allows for entry of only one email address. Please
ensure this is a valid and primary address as it will be used to send the confirmation
of registration email.
- If you are going to make a payment using Online/Telephone banking or TelPay, please
ensure the same phone number is used for registration. The Home Phone Number
is used to link your payment with your child’s registration records (otherwise,
payment may not be applied to your registration).
- Registrations submitted BEFORE
Jun 1, 2012
will receive the
$25.00
early bird discount per player. Registrations submitted on or after
Jun 1, 2012
will not receive an early bird discount.
- If after receiving the confirmation email you realize a mistake was made or changes
are required, forward the confirmation email outlining changes to the Registrar
via email registrar@kemptvillehockey.com.
