Mailing Address

Resigstrations, coaching applications, and other forms can be mailed to the KDMHA at the address below. Please indicate the purpose of your mailing on the envelope, e.g. "RE: Registration" or "Attn: Coach Coordinator".

E–Mail

The e-mail addresses and contact phone numbers for all members of the KDMHA executive, including division convenors, treasurer, registrar, etc. can be found on the executive page.

Division Convenors

Question, comments, or concerns regarding a specific issue within your division should be directed to your division convenor:

Tournaments

Questions regarding tournaments should be directed to the KDMHA tournament convenor.

Ice Scheduling

Questions regarding ice sheduling should be directed to the KDMHA ice convenor.

Billing and Finance

Question regarding billing or finance should be directed to the KDMHA treasurer

Website

Questions, comments, or suggestions regarding the website should be directed to the website administrator.

General Inquiries

All other inquires should be directed to the KDMHA secretary or to the appropriate Exceutive Board member.
